B'z Concept Limited FaxPress fax servers provide a complete solution for the network fax environment. As a self-contained unit, FaxPress combines all the necessary hardware and software into one server appliance, making it easy to install and operate. The system hardware combines an intelligent network interface, a raster image processor, system CPU and one to eight fax modems. FaxPress servers are delivered with B'z Concept Limited's FaxPress PRO Client/Server Software, which allows the server to integrate with leading network environments.
By acting as a server on the network, FaxPress allows client workstations access to incoming and outgoing faxes, phone books, transaction logs, and other fax-related data.
B'z Concept Limited's SMTP Gateway is by far the most versatile e-mail gateway for FaxPress. It enables users of any SMTP-based e-mail system to send and receive faxes and allows for intelligent load balancing when multiple FaxPress units are used for broadcast fax jobs.
Other features of FaxPress include Internet faxing , and automatic routing of incoming faxes to individual mailboxes. To deliver incoming faxes into individual mailboxes FaxPress may be connected to suitable PBX or alternatively, with external translation hardware, to DDI trunks.
FaxPress has been designed to run in Microsoft Windows XP/NT/2000, Novell NetWare and Linux environments. It integrates with Novell's Directory Services (NDS) and can communicate natively with network PCs using either the IPX/SPX or TCP/IP protocol. Using the FaxPress multi-protocol software option, FaxPress can be configured to support mixed client environments by communicating simultaneously using both TCP/IP and IPX/SPX.
PFaxress is purpose-designed using Motorola microprocessors and Rockwell fax modem chipsets; the network interface is auto-sensing between 10BaseT and 100BaseT UTP. Supported Ethernet protocols include 802.2, 802.3 and Ethernet II while both IPX/SPX and TCP/IP are catered for.
Integrating FaxPress with PBX
FaxPress can be easily integrated with many popular PBX to provide an automatic delivery of incoming faxes to the recipient's email mailbox or desktop. Many PBX and Key telephone systems use Analogue Direct Inward Dialing (DID), Digital DID, or Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS) provided by a T1 or E1 for direct dialing of the internal telephone numbers from outside phones. Unused numbers from these lines can be used for fax numbers.

Automatic Delivery of Faxes with DDI
The FaxPress systems provide a business with multiple incoming fax mailboxes for staff members or departments. The FaxPress is designed to receive incoming calls, monitor for touch tones (DTMF) sent by the DDI lines, and then receive the incoming fax, later routing it to a specific user fax box that corresponds to the DDI number. The sender of the fax simply enters a regular fax number and the FaxPress automatically delivers the fax to the correct mailbox (network user, printer, email address or customer application).

VoIP - A toll-FREE long distance call solution
Is huge IDD fees spend you a lot of money?
Let me introduce a new concept to reduce IDD fees to you, VoIP System, it uses the internet or your private network(Intranet) for long distance voice and fax communications and save thousands of dollars monthly. Instead of paying your long distance company to route long distance calls, any IP data network can route the calls using a technology called Voice over Internet Protocol(VOIP). It doesn't matter if you are using the Internet, ISDN, 56K Modem for your data communications, as long as it uses the Internet Protocol(IP).
If you make frequent long distance calls to a remote site, you already know the charges can add up quickly. Voice over IP is designed to help you maximize the investments you've already made in your data and telecommunications network infrastructure.
What is VOIP?
VOIP lets you make free long distance voice and fax calls over existing IP data network instead of PSTN(The one which we normal use in local telecommunication network). With our new technology, Voice and Fax transmitting by internet is now possible. Like most company in Hong Kong, internet connection is already been a tools which widely uses, but most of the bandwidth is not fully used. So how to use the excessive bandwidth and save costs in other way? VoIP is the one which you need. It will use the excessive bandwidth for free internet phone call so as to save your IDD cost. Also security is not a concern, As VoIP will fit in any network, which include network with VPN, so faxes and voice call will not be interrupted.
No computer is required for the Voice or Fax Transmission !
Simple method for dialing the Long Distance Call.
Can VoIP use outside the company?
Sure, As many users ask for a redirect service, we made a gateway between company and normal telephone network, from now, users which use VoIP gateway will have a great benefit to any location which you wish by company's VoIP gateway to any destination. It is easy to use, just key in company's phone number and that it. I can't find any other ways to make it more simple.
Immediate Cost Savings
VOIP solutions provide the potential to save 50-85% in long distance costs in point-to-point applications. Businesses with remote offices worldwide or just in a different area code miles away can profit from a VOIP solution. For example, a business with a central office in Hong Kong and just a few remote offices can quickly pay for the VOIP solution and provide substantial savings on long distance charges.
Case Study:
Existing cost for IDD call between Hong Kong & Singapore:
around HKD $5,000.00/mth
Using VOIP Gateway, payment for the Internet Access fee only to enjoy UNLIMITED voice & fax calling.
IDD Cost: SAVE $5,000 / month
Benefits in using VoIP Service:
- Transfer Voice and Fax in the lowest cost
- Immediate cost saving up to 100% of IDD fees.
- Same Voice quality as normal IDD services
- User Transparent
- No security risk (VPN)
- No other charges
