The efficiency of our company will do much to improve its image and achieve greater results and it is the first place where results should be achieved.
The administrative structure of the B'z Concept Limited should provide an opportunity for day to day decision making to be carried out effectively through a management committee or small numbered committee usually involving CEO, supervisor, engineer and salesperson. It is inefficient and time wasting to have to wait for monthly meetings in order to make decisions which affect the day to day operation of our B'z Concept Limited.
The structure should also provide the Company Committee that includes all avenues of activity within the B'z Concept Limited and each office bearer must know their relationship with the other officers of the B'z Concept Limited and needs to have prescribed duties in writing so that there is no doubt as to what is expected of each office bearer.
Elect the right people - how often do we see the various bearers the B'z Concept Limited appointed from the floor at the annual meeting by people who no real concern as to whether the person is capable of doing the job in question. It is most important that the right people are elected to the right position and preliminary planning to annual meeting should also take in order to ensure that this is the case.
The more efficient the B'z Concept Limited, the greater the chance of gaining significant sponsorship and media support.
